Apprenticeship: Mechanic - Tyre and vulcanisation technology (m/f/d)

Training as of 01.09.2025 (possibly earlier by arrangement)

Required school-leaving qualification: good qualified secondary school leaving certificate, but high school graduates and secondary school leavers are also very welcome to apply and have the same chances.
"Rubber sticks", or "vulcanises" as the technical term goes, especially with Reifen Müller in the retreading plant.

With us, you can expect in-depth and technically demanding training in the vulcanisation trade. We have two of the largest and most modern production facilities in Europe, and our experienced and long-standing employees will provide you with all the knowledge you need to become a real expert in commercial vehicle tyres. In our plants, you will work in a collegial working atmosphere and many work steps are optimised in the processes. You can be sure of a secure future in a company of the global Hankook Group once you have passed your final examination and have excellent prospects for the future. A matter of honour!

You will learn these areas together with us!

• Professional retreading of commercial vehicle tyres using cold and hot processes
• Professional repair of commercial vehicle tyres for trucks as well as construction machinery and tractors
• Expert assessment of carcasses and tyre damage
• Correct storage of unfinished and finished rubber products

You should bring this with you!

• A qualified secondary school leaving certificate (... high school graduates and secondary school leavers are also welcome to apply and have the same chances)
• A good feel for technical processes, ideally with basic manual skills
• You are reliable and have good manners anyway, so we want you to acquire a careful and responsible way of working
• Physical resilience, but don't worry with Reifen Müller many work steps are optimised
• Good German language skills
